The Total Transformation Program

Like a "Couch to 5K" for Yogis!

There are so many reasons why people decide to try yoga. Perhaps for fitness, or for a deeper connection to their health and well-being. Whatever the reason, new yoga students want to feel that they are making progress toward their fitness goals in a safe and nurturing environment. 

The Total Transformation program is a 12-week commitment during which you will find your flexibility, endurance, and balance without feeling overwhelmed or discouraged.  No matter your ability level, shape or size, you will be treated as a yogi-in-training from day 1.  

Participants will attend one 60-minute class per week, and will be given short practice assignments for the in-between days.
