Saturdays: 10:00 am (In Studio)
Cardio Flow (Yoga + Pilates)
This class will combine your favorite yoga poses with a few basic Pilates moves to spice things up.
It'll be a BLAST!!
Sundays: 5:30 pm (In Studio)
This is a class for those who want to improve their mobility and flexibility.
Perfect for runners, tennis players, or other athletes. Also great for those who often experience stiffness or muscle aches.
Tuesdays: 7:00 pm (online)
Flow and Stretch (Yin/Yang)
During this class, you will move through a gentle Hatha flow combined with longer-held stretches designed to create true flexibility.
Thursdays: 5:30 pm (online)
Strength and Balance
This is a great class for those who want to build a stronger core. You will find your power and gain a new sense of confidence!
